Wrong Item Delivered – ISHA FRAGRANCE

Step 1 – Inform us within 3 days of delivery via call or email with your order ID and clear images of the incorrect product.

Step 2 – Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.

Step 3 – After approval, we will arrange pickup of the incorrect product.

Step 4 – Once received and verified, we will dispatch the correct product or process a refund.

Item Damaged During Transit – ISHA FRAGRANCE

Step 1 – Report within 3 days of delivery with images and order details.

Step 2 – Our team will review the case within 48 working hours.

Step 3 – After approval, pickup will be arranged.

Step 4 – Once verified, replacement will be shipped or refund will be issued.

Return and Replacement Not Applicable

Returns or replacements will NOT be accepted if:

Product has been opened, used, or tampered

Original packaging is missing

Request is raised after 3 days of delivery

Product damaged due to improper storage

Used or partially consumed perfume

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Free shipping may be available on selected orders

Final shipping charges are shown at checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on eligible orders
